This book, however, goes into much more detail than the average DK book. Perhaps too high!First the good. He speaks with uplifting warmth and communicates excitement that inspires me.. I've found meditation to be relaxing, frustrating, hard to stick with and extremely beneficial. I loved it!. In fact, The Happiness Advantage" also serves as the first principle, followed by2. VERY small "book", and therefore extremely small print! Difficult to read even with my glasses on. I have enjoyed this book - 'an understatement'! We rec'd it just before Christmas and have used several pieces from it already. Want to know more? Get both his books. This is the explanation used by economists to avoid properly addressing criticism of classical supply/demand theory. I recieved the book as a present(ordered from amazon--saved 15 bucks or so) and loved it. I like how she stands her ground and balances her choices, I like how she acts like an awkward teenager when she's around Henry.
