While I haven't read Bossypants, I can say that Kaling's book is really very good. Did I mention that Mindy's a comedy writer? Did you know that Mindy's a comedy writer? In case you were not aware, Mindy is a successful comedy writer.I did not find it thoughtful, or intelligent, or even amusing.It is an entire book of Mindy humble-bragging

In case you were not aware, Mindy is a successful comedy writer.I did not find it thoughtful, or intelligent, or even amusing.It is an entire book of Mindy humble-bragging, name dropping and asserting her overall self assessed amazing-ness.I believe that she is well into her thirties, yet the book reads as though written by a 16 year old.This was dull, dry and obnoxious.. Sure, she's quite closed-minded sometimes, heck, she even annoys me with her compulsive thinking and over-the-top assumptions about Henry. I'm interested in the subject matter and I just can't bring myself to read this book. But this book, this wonderful manual of all things sex-amazing, changed this. VERY small "book", and therefore extremely small print! Difficult to read even with my glasses on. I'm so glad this book came out before my due date! I devoured it in 3 days it is my favorite book on natural birth thus far. My daughter loves having it for her child. It is easy to think you're so hip that this would never happen to you. It provided thorough information about each country's healthcare system! Well written and great as a future resource!.
